Return/Exchange Policy

Our main goal is customer satisfaction.  After all without our wonderful customers we would not be in business.  We will do everything in our power to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.  Below you will find an outline of our Return/Exchange Policy.  Rest assured that there are NO hidden return/exchange fees.  Your credit card will be credited the next business day after we accept your return.  We think this Policy is fair to both our customers and our business.

 

Please follow the instructions below to make Returns/Exchanges go as smoothly as possible:

 

  1. All returns/exchanges MUST include the original invoice.

  2. All returns/exchanges MUST be in new condition.

  3. NO returns/exchanges will be accepted after thirty (30) days of purchase.

  4. Return shipping costs will NOT be refunded unless the wrong item is shipped.
